Lila Fleur Studio Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lila Fleur Studio. By commissioning us for wedding stationery design, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders

Orders become binding once you confirm details and pay the One Day Design booking fee. The order specifics will be confirmed via email or contract.

2. Payment

Full payment is required upon booking. Full refund is available for cancellation before date. 

3. Cancellations

If cancellation occurs:

• Before design work begins: full refund.
• After design commencement but before approval: you may be subject to additional costs based on work completed.
• After final approval: full payment is required.

4. Design Revisions

We offer two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are charged at £30 per revision.

5. Proofs and Approval

Proofs will be provided for your approval. Review them carefully. Once approved, no changes can be made without incurring additional costs.

6. Design Delivery

We provide design files only; no physical delivery is offered. Delivery times for final designs will be estimated and communicated to you.
